It sits above the new Denon-X3800H 9.4 channel home theater , priced at £869 / $1200 / AU$2199 and offering seven channels of amplification and 7.1ch of processing, but with less advanced processing, a smaller power transformer, lower-current power transistors and less sturdy construction.

 

Configuration flexibility

AVR-X 3800H by Denon offers many setup options and the flexibility to adjust your home theater to meet your needs. Supports 11.4 channel processing capability, Pre-Amplifier mode, and optional Dirac Live upgradeability (with fee, coming soon in 2023). , and it’s also where support for Audyssey’s more. Advanced 8K HDMI connection

8K video is supported on all six HDMI inputs and two of three outputs. With HLG, HDR, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and Dynamic HDR pass-through for pristine picture quality and latency-free gaming. The X-3800-H Dolby atmos receiver is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri voice assistants, and it can also be controlled via the Denon AVR Remote app and the included remote.
